Introduction

Peptide Marketing (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at peptidemarketing.com and provides marketing services to peptide brands and research-chemical companies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your information when you visit our site or engage our services.

By using peptidemarketing.com or engaging us as a client, you agree to the practices described here. We try to keep this policy clear, accurate, and free of legal boilerplate where possible. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected] and we will explain.

02

Information we collect

We collect information in three categories:

  • Information you provide directly — when you fill out our contact form, book a strategy call via Calendly, email us, or engage us as a client. This typically includes your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any context you share about your business.
  • Information collected automatically — when you visit peptidemarketing.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) and DNS provider (Cloudflare) log standard request data including IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, requested URL, and timestamp. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage of our site (pages visited, session duration, geographic country-level data, device class).
  • Information from cookies and similar technologies — we use a small number of cookies for analytics, session management on our client portal, and to remember if you have dismissed our announcement bar. See the Cookies section below for details.

We do not collect special-category personal data (health data, biometric data, etc.) through our website. If you are an active client, additional information may be exchanged through our client portal under the terms of your engagement agreement.

03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form, email, or strategy-call booking.
  • To provide and operate our agency services to our clients.
  • To improve our website, content, and services based on aggregate analytics.
  • To send transactional communications related to engagements you have requested.
  • To comply with legal obligations including responding to lawful requests from regulators.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

04

Third-party services

Our website and operations rely on a small number of trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy practices, which apply to data they process on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery for peptidemarketing.com. Vercel processes standard request logs.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, security, and edge networking. Cloudflare processes request data per their privacy practices.
  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate website analytics. We use the default measurement configuration with IP anonymization where applicable. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Calendly — strategy-call scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly processes the contact and scheduling information you provide directly to them.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for confirmations and inquiries.
  • Supabase — backend infrastructure for our client portal (active clients only).
05

Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies — required for core site functionality and security (e.g. session cookies on the client portal). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage. These can be disabled by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking the googletagmanager.com domain in your browser.
  • Preference cookies — used to remember a small number of user preferences such as whether you have dismissed our announcement bar.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. These commonly include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to object to certain processing activities.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] with a description of your request. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by applicable law (typically within 30 days).

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We are committed to honoring these rights in good faith.

07

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are typically retained for up to twenty-four months for follow-up purposes and then deleted or anonymized. Information related to active client engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal and operational continuity.

08

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted to peptidemarketing.com is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

International data transfers

Peptide Marketing operates internationally and works with clients in the United States, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our primary service providers operate.

Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

10

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we update this policy, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by other reasonable means.
